We all know fall is a beautiful season to watch unfold under your eyes because of the beauty of nature But is is also a season with effects on our organisms ( less daylight, less sun,drop of temperatures, rain) all these aspects take their tolls on our bodies who often fight to catch up leading to colds, flus, blotchy and red noses and all charming fevers that come along But mother Nature is a generous mother and she has it all for us to adapt and go through fall and winter seasons without being too tired
GINGER LEMON TEA
1. Apple juice or apple pieces and water (as a base, and for love for yourself or the sick friend)
2. Ginger (antiseptic and good for chest problems)
3. Cinnamon (cleansing, healing, and digestion)
4. Cloves and anise (cleansing, healing and antiseptic properties )
1. Simmer the apple juice, or apple pieces in water
2. Add the ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and anise..
3. Add 3 very very small pinches of salt
4. Add honey for binding
5. Strain into a cup and enjoy!
I’ve been having some trouble getting to sleep lately, so here’s one of the late night concoctions I’ve used to get me ready for bed
